 Our freight minimums are $0000.00 to all locations west of the Rockies, Canada and extreme east coast.

$000.00 to all other locations.

 When can we expect delivery of our order?

A:
 We guarantee a 14 day delivery from the date we recieve your order.
Q:
 What is your return policy?

A:
 We will take back any regular catalog product, providing the product is in good condition and will charge a 15% restocking fee. We will not take back special built product or products which were sold as a discontinued item.

 Do You Sell to the Public?

A:
 No. But there is an area on our website where the general public has access to our dealers' websites and location. (Click Here!)

 Do you supply Installation Instructions with your products?

 We have included instruction sheet access with our products. You can access these installation instructions within each product category page within our website. Or CLICK HERE! to access all online Instruction sheets which can be downloaded (by dealers) and printed.
